Shipping, returns, and how to look after a glob. Anything missing gets a real reply from New York, usually within a few hours.
How fast do orders ship?
Every order ships from our shelf in New York within one business day. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after that; Express Air is a live carrier quote at checkout and usually lands in 1–2 days.
What does shipping cost?
Flat $4.95 on any order under $35, and it's free automatically once your cart crosses $35. Express Air is priced live by the carrier at checkout — we don't mark it up.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. We're working on it.
What's a “Surprise Me!” color?
For that pick, we choose the color for you from what's currently in stock. It's the exact same toy — just a randomized color, and usually a dollar cheaper than picking your own.
What are NeeDoh toys made of?
They're made from Schylling's stretchy, non-toxic Sensory Doh material and are intended for ages 3 and up. Full details are on each product's spec table.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Yes — unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us and we'll send a prepaid label.
My glob split or tore — what now?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement, no return shipping needed. It happens sometimes and we'll make it right.
Do you sell wholesale or to stores?
Not yet, but we're open to it — email us and tell us about your shop.
